Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to the Uplift Crest Path website and the discussions that begin through it. By using the website, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws.

2. Website information

We aim to keep descriptions, finishes, photographs and indicative pricing useful and current. They are general information only and do not replace a site survey, written quotation, technical drawing or signed project agreement.

3. Enquiries and quotations

A request submitted through the website is not an order and does not guarantee availability or a particular price. A quotation becomes binding only when issued by Uplift Crest Path in writing and accepted under the conditions stated in that quotation.

4. Project scope

Final scope depends on measurements, existing services, access conditions, regulations, selected materials and agreed programme. We may identify additional work before installation begins and will discuss material changes with you before proceeding.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate property information, secure permissions where needed, disclose known hazards and ensure reasonable access to the work area. You are responsible for protecting or removing valuables and confirming that requested finishes meet your intended use.

6. Installation and handover

We will use reasonable skill and care and will coordinate the agreed installation programme. Completion may require access to inspect, test and hand over the work. Handover notes and material documentation should be kept with your property records.

7. Payment and cancellation

Payment stages, deposits, taxes and cancellation terms are set out in the applicable quotation or project agreement. If payment is overdue, we may pause work or withhold delivery after giving reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.

8. Warranties and defects

Any material or installation warranty is limited to the terms supplied with the project. Please notify us promptly of an apparent defect so we can inspect it. Warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alterations, building movement or third-party work.

9. Intellectual property

Uplift Crest Path and its licensors retain rights in website text, drawings, marks, photographs and other materials. You may view and print material for evaluating our services, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit it without written permission.

10. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Uplift Crest Path is not responsible for indirect loss arising from website use or reliance on indicative information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan and disputes are subject to the courts of Tokyo.
